实行一年半的钢材出口的许可证管理明年将取消，这是继取消钢铁出口关税后，又一促进钢铁出口的新举措。据了解，去年5月份，商务部为了调控高能耗、高污染、资源型的钢铁出口，加强对钢材出口的监控，对83种主要出口钢材实行出口许可证制度。
省外经贸厅贸易管理处陈处长认为，此举对促进出口是一个有利的举措，但是，预计效果并不明显。钢材出口许可证管理仅是在过程上增加程序，并未对资质审查、配额进行限制，因此取消许可证管理在全球钢铁需求下滑的情况下，预计效果并不明显。
